Getting near, on, in or under water, is great for mental health and wellbeing. Here you will find a small selection of ways of engaging with blue space, walking with me in Cornwall, or virtually. Our book blue is a great way of doing that.
I’d love to walk with you, take time to wander and wonder, to think about (and share, if you like) the wisdom and insight we find, a little taste of the magic of blue health and blue space. These walks are more than just a journey through the picturesque landscape of Cornwall; they are an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, nature, and our community, each step a moment of mindful reflection and deep connection. With heart-led and like-minded people we will honour the depth of compassion, creativity, and connection that defines our lived experience, embracing the transformative power of blue space, where every moment is a celebration of life, authenticity, and wellbeing.
And if you cannot walk with me in person, watch for a ‘retreat in a box’ - launching soon for midsummer slow walking and reflecting.
