Quiet Reflections and Deep Dives

Easing into the holidays
For those who are caught up in the busy-ness of the holiday season, caring for others and putting their needs and wants first, these ideas are for you! Easing into a busy period may feel difficult at times, but it is absolutely possible to find balance and joy with a little intention.
And for the next season, where there might be a little more expansiveness, there are a few thoughts and ideas about where a coaching conversation can help you dive deeper into your thinking and decision making.

Wisdom through Nature Connection
When was the last time you took a walk? A really spacious walk, where you had time to just wander or dawdle like a child, noticing and taking in all that is around you with deep curiosity and awe?
So much in our world rushes by, pushing us forward to the next item on the agenda, to tick off one more thing on the list before taking a break, even urging us though that pause, thoughts racing on towards the next thing, and then the next thing. When was the last time a pause was a serene moment, a deep breath, a refreshing or cool moment in ‘the heat of the day’?

Whole body wisdom
We are all used to listening to and responding to our bodies. We tend to a headache with a cool glass of water, or a niggly back with some gentle stretching.
You may be attuned to noticing and listening deeply to those with whom we think and work. We may intentionally use breathing techniques or movement to bring focus, coherence, or shift state.
But how often do we listen really deeply to the wisdom offered by our incredible bodies, and how might this offer insight and be transformative?
