Much of the work of coaching goes on beyond the coaching space as we continue to think and reflect on what we are learning and growing into.

This is as true for me as for my clients, and I had opportunity to reflect on my supervision during a mini-retreat this week, and get really curious about what draws me so strongly to fulmars. I love these beautiful birds!
